  • Ensure project success within budget, timeline, and scope.
  • Communicate expectations to clients and team members, and manage the process from kick-off, discovery, creative concept, production, execution, testing, and reporting.
  • Generate documentation of project status, requirements, and performance.
  • Create and oversee project schedule; ensure timely completion of tasks through all phases.
  • Take lead on quality control issues and partner with team leads to mitigate project risks.
  • High attention to detail and ability to problem solve quickly and confidently.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an agency environment, with at least 2 years of hands-on. experience managing software projects; currently a Project Manager or equivalent title.
  • Digital agency experience managing clients directly as client's primary point of contact.
  • Proven track record in a client-service environment including exposure to enterprise clients and ability to lead project teams.
  • Understanding of Design (UX and UI) and software development.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the tools used for the implementation (Ex. Jira, Trello). 
  • Direct experience managing developers using both Agile and Waterfall.
  • Understanding of project financials. Responsible for managing project budgets with range from x to y.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly in an ambiguous environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate staff/project team, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role.
  • Must be able to simultaneously focus on the big picture, details and driving results.
  • PMP Certification is desired.
